Our next gathering will be held from Thurs, February 13 to Mon, February 17, 2025 at Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat & Conference Center.
- CRFR annually produces 2 gatherings and also sponsors other faerie events throughout the year. We usually have 80-100 people attending Winter Gathering and 125-200 people at our Summer Gathering.1
Upcoming future gatherings are:
• Winter 2026 – Feb 12-16 (The call will be linked here when it is live)
Generally, our gatherings are scheduled for the Thursday through Monday of Presidents Day Weekend in February, and the Wednesday through Sunday of the 3rd full weekend in August.
These 5-day, 4-night gatherings include housing, three meals daily, meeting spaces, and natural hot springs in a wooded, secluded, mountain environment alongside the Breitenbush River. Food served is vegetarian with accommodations for dietary restrictions. The Breitenbush facility and its events are all drug and alcohol free.
CRFR does not hire moderators or use professional facilitators. Our success at building community and effecting healing change comes from inviting participants to share from their knowledge and experience, to initiate inquiries and discussions, and promote their own creativity as they are called to.This peer-to-peer experience invites participation, spontaneity, learning, and fun.
At our gatherings, all events are optional, and at all times participants are instructed to “take care of yourself first.” This means anyone is free to leave any event at any time for any reason and will be fully supported in this act of self care.
